We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Analytics Consultant. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong B.Tech/B.E. background and 1-3 years of experience, looking to build a career in the dynamic insurance sector. You will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions, improve customer experience, and optimize operational processes within our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the insurance domain.
- Develop and implement analytical models to support pricing, risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies for product development and marketing campaigns.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business queries and provide timely recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.
