Role Summary: The Anchorperson will be responsible for hosting and presenting various corporate events, product launches, and internal communications for Bata India Limited. This role requires an engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of corporate branding and messaging within the Indian context. The Anchorperson will act as the face and voice of the company during key events, ensuring a professional and memorable experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and present at company events, including product launches, annual general meetings, and award ceremonies.
- Develop engaging scripts and talking points in collaboration with the marketing and communications teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of event flow and manage transitions between speakers and segments.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Engage with audiences, respond to spontaneous questions, and create a dynamic atmosphere.
- Collaborate with event organizers, AV teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Potentially host internal communication videos or webinars.
