Anchorperson - Project Communications

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Anchorperson to lead and present engaging content for our corporate communications, focusing on our extensive projects within the Engineering & Construction sector. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of our project narratives, ensuring clear, compelling, and consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host and present video segments, live streams, and other multimedia content related to project milestones, achievements, and updates.
- Develop engaging scripts and talking points for various communication platforms.
- Conduct interviews with project managers, engineers, and other key personnel.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with L&T's brand guidelines and corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with the communications and project teams to identify compelling stories and narratives.
- Adapt communication style for different audiences, including employees, clients, investors, and the public.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and media.
