Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and non-surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role is critical in providing high-quality medical care within the public health framework of India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' medical history, current condition, and risk factors to determine the most appropriate anesthesia plan.
- Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia, as well as sedation.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate, during procedures.
- Manage and treat any complications or adverse reactions that may arise during anesthesia administration.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients during recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including anesthesia administered and patient responses.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in anesthesiology.
- Participate in medical education and training programs.
