Animation Director

We are seeking a creative and experienced Animation Director to lead our animation team in developing engaging and informative animated content for our insurance products and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling, visual design, and animation principles, with the ability to translate complex insurance concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand animations. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of animators, illustrators, and motion graphics artists.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for animated videos, explainer videos, social media content, and internal training materials.
• Oversee the entire animation production pipeline, from storyboarding and character design to final rendering and editing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and communication teams to ensure animated content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Ensure high-quality visual output and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, software, and technologies.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to the animation team.
