Animation Director

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Animation Director to lead our animation team in developing engaging and scientifically accurate visual content for our pharmaceutical and healthcare initiatives within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, design, and execution of all animated projects, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and scientific messaging. This role requires a strong understanding of medical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives for various platforms, including educational materials, marketing campaigns, and internal training modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of animators, storyboard artists, and visual designers.
• Develop creative concepts and visual styles for animation projects, ensuring scientific accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee the entire animation production pipeline, from pre-production (scripting, storyboarding) to post-production (editing, sound design).
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, medical writers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the clarity and impact of animated content.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the animation team to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in animation and visual communication.
