Animation Director

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Animation Director with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality animated content for our medical services and hospital communications. You will lead a small team of animators, ensuring that all projects meet our standards for accuracy, engagement, and visual appeal. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging talent with 1-4 years of experience to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and direct the creation of 2D and 3D animations for various medical and hospital-related projects, including patient education materials, internal training modules, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (doctors, nurses, researchers) to ensure the scientific accuracy and clarity of animated content.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and style guides to guide the animation team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to animators, ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, software, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or creative challenges that arise during the animation production process.
- Ensure all animations align with Apollo Hospitals' brand guidelines and communication objectives.
