Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient individual to join our team as an Animation/Effects Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging visual content, including animations and special effects, to enhance our clinical research documentation, presentations, and training materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and compelling visual aids.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and create 2D/3D animations for scientific concepts, data visualization, and process explanations.
* Develop and implement special effects to illustrate biological processes, drug mechanisms, or clinical trial phases.
* Collaborate with scientific and medical affairs teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual assets.
* Ensure all visual content adheres to company branding guidelines and regulatory standards.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables for animation and effects tasks.
* Stay updated with the latest animation and visual effects software and techniques.
* Edit and refine existing visual content to improve clarity and impact.
* Contribute to the development of a visual asset library for future projects.
