Animator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Animator to join our team at Pratham Education Foundation. The Animator will be responsible for creating engaging and educational animated content to support our various learning programs for children across India. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and the ability to translate educational concepts into visually appealing animations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and produce high-quality 2D animations for educational modules, explainer videos, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with content creators and educators to understand learning objectives and translate them into animated sequences.
* Create storyboards, character designs, and visual assets for animation projects.
* Animate characters, objects, and backgrounds, ensuring smooth motion and engaging pacing.
* Add sound effects, voiceovers, and background music to enhance the animations.
* Edit and render final animation sequences in various formats suitable for online platforms and offline distribution.
* Stay updated with the latest animation software, techniques, and industry trends.
* Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
