Role Summary: As an Appliance Installation & Repair Technician at Acko General Insurance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and efficient repair of various home appliances for our policyholders. This role is crucial in delivering on our promise of hassle-free service and customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their appliances, providing expert technical support and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners) according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with malfunctioning appliances.
• Perform repairs, including replacing faulty parts, and ensuring appliances are in optimal working condition.
• Conduct pre-installation checks and post-repair testing to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on appliance operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and parts used.
