We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Appliance Installer / Repairman with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.Com background who is looking to apply their analytical skills to a practical, hands-on role within the electrical appliance sector. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new electrical appliances as per manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning appliances, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding installation, repair processes, and appliance usage.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during service calls.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for service needs.
