Appliance Installer / Repairman (3-5 Yrs) role in BFSI

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Installer / Repairman with 3-5 years of experience for our operations in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and be adept at installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electronic and electrical appliances critical to our banking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and a commitment to ensuring minimal downtime for essential equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test various electronic and electrical appliances, including UPS systems, servers, ATMs, and other IT hardware as per technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all installed appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in appliances, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective repair solutions.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair needs, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities management teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of appliances.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on the proper operation of appliances.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in appliance installation and repair.
