Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our software applications, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure, and providing technical expertise to internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within the infrastructure and real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, project management) to understand application requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new software solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application engineering.
