Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our dynamic IT team at ITC Limited. The Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our business-critical applications, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business objectives within the FMCG sector. This role requires a strong understanding of application architecture, development lifecycle, and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Design, develop, test, and deploy new application features and enhancements.
- • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications, resolving issues promptly.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, QA, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- • Monitor application performance and implement optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
- • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to application development.
