Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep scientific understanding and research expertise to develop, test, and optimize novel agricultural applications and solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, scalable engineering solutions for the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research and development for new agricultural product applications, focusing on areas such as precision agriculture, biopesticides, and soil health.
Design, implement, and validate experimental protocols to assess the efficacy and performance of agricultural technologies.
Analyze large datasets from field trials and laboratory experiments to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D scientists, agronomists, and product managers, to ensure successful product development and deployment.
Develop and refine application methodologies and best practices for farmers and agricultural professionals.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to product application and performance, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in agricultural technology.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners.
