Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, understanding their application requirements, and ensuring our auto components meet those needs. This role involves close collaboration with R&D, sales, and manufacturing teams to drive product development and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer application requirements and translate them into product specifications.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding product performance and integration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively present technical capabilities and solutions to potential clients.
- Work with R&D and engineering teams to provide customer feedback for product improvement and new product development.
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
