Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Architect to join our Defence & Aerospace division in India. The Architect will be responsible for defining and overseeing the technical vision and architecture of complex aerospace systems and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of aerospace engineering principles, system design, and emerging technologies to ensure the development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet stringent defence requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document the overall system architecture for new aerospace projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead the design and development of complex aerospace systems, including airframes, avionics, propulsion, and weapon systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, systems) to translate requirements into detailed architectural designs.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies for system development.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and security protocols relevant to the defence sector.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on design decisions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aerospace technology and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and roadmaps.
