Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architect with 0-2 years of experience, holding a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative architectural solutions for our development projects. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to translate conceptual ideas into functional and sustainable designs that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural concepts and designs, from schematic design to detailed drawings.
- Prepare design presentations, including sketches, renderings, and mood boards.
- Conduct site visits and gather project requirements, translating them into design briefs.
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure the technical feasibility and integration of design elements.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
- Research and specify materials and finishes suitable for sustainable and cost-effective construction.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender documents and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices relevant to the Indian context.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
