Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Architect with 1-3 years of experience, holding a B.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role involves contributing to the design and implementation of architectural solutions within our pharmaceutical and life sciences operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and documentation of architectural designs for new pharmaceutical facilities and modifications to existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering to translate user requirements into architectural specifications.
- Ensure designs adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure design intent is realized during construction.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Support project management activities, including budget tracking and schedule adherence.
- Evaluate and recommend building materials and systems for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in pharmaceutical architecture and construction.
