Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architecture & Interior Design professional to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our physical spaces, ensuring they align with our brand identity and operational needs. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior spaces for our offices, branches, and potentially other client-facing areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions for various company facilities.
- Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to meet design objectives and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of design projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and technologies relevant to commercial and retail spaces.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final handover.
