Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Architecture & Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of innovative and functional interior spaces for our industrial automation facilities, offices, and client project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and the integration of technology within design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts that align with the company's brand and functional requirements.
- Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure designs meet technical and operational needs.
- Manage design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, and fixtures, considering durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness for industrial environments.
- Oversee on-site construction and installation, ensuring quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in architectural design, interior design, and industrial automation technologies.
- Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
