Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architecture & Interior Design professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our corporate offices and client-facing areas within India. The ideal candidate will blend artistic vision with practical application to create environments that enhance productivity and reflect our company's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop innovative interior design concepts and space plans that align with WNS's brand identity and operational needs.
* Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software.
* Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering budget, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
* Collaborate with project managers, facilities teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, supervise installations, and resolve design-related issues.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception through completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
* Stay abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and architecture.
