We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (B2C) with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory, focusing on the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) segment. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and end-consumers. A postgraduate degree is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve B2C sales targets in the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments within the B2C healthcare market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and key opinion leaders in the region.
Educate healthcare professionals and consumers about product benefits, features, and usage.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management.
Manage sales activities, including forecasting, reporting, and budget adherence.
Organize and conduct promotional activities and health camps to increase product visibility and sales.
