Area / Territory Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area/Territory Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence within a designated geographical region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase bookings, strengthen partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve booking targets.
• Identify and onboard new travel partners (hotels, tour operators, etc.) within the territory.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure service quality and drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Organize and participate in local promotional activities and events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards within the territory.
