Area / Territory Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area / Territory Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across a designated territory for our renowned jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing retail outlets, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring brand visibility and growth within their assigned region in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and store staff to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the operations of retail stores within the territory, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive footfall.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer grievances promptly.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to build a high-performing team.
