Armed Security Guard (1-2 Yrs) role in Analytics / KPO / Research

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Armed Security Guard with 1-2 years of experience to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel in Bhubaneshwar. This role requires a unique blend of security vigilance and an understanding of legal frameworks, making an LLB degree a significant asset for interpreting security protocols and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or disturbances.

Operate security control rooms and monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms).

Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

Enforce company policies and security procedures with an understanding of their legal implications.

Maintain logs of activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring accuracy for potential legal review.

Provide assistance to visitors and employees, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

Conduct preliminary investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Possess and maintain all necessary licenses and permits for armed security duties as per Indian law.
