Armed Security Guard

Role Summary: The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for Syngene International Limited's facilities, personnel, and assets. This role requires vigilance, adherence to security protocols, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor company premises to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security breaches.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Control access to the facility, verify identification, and escort visitors as required.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action to resolve the situation and ensure the safety of personnel.
• Conduct security checks and inspections of vehicles and personnel entering or leaving the premises.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor information.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management immediately.
• Handle and secure firearms in accordance with company policy and legal regulations.
• Provide first aid or assistance in medical emergencies as trained.
