Armed Security Guard

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Armed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. The ideal candidate will be trained in handling firearms and possess a strong understanding of security protocols to maintain a secure environment within our pharmaceutical manufacturing and research sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Patrol and monitor assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized access, theft, or other security breaches.
* Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
* Respond to alarms and emergencies, providing immediate and appropriate action to secure the premises and ensure the safety of individuals.
* Conduct security checks of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries entering and exiting the facility.
* Enforce company security policies and procedures, providing guidance and assistance to employees and visitors.
* Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
* Escort authorized personnel or visitors as required.
* Report any suspicious activities or security vulnerabilities to the security supervisor or management.
* Maintain proficiency in firearm handling and adhere to all legal and company regulations regarding the use of force.
* Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
