Art Director | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director with 2-4 years of experience to lead our visual communication efforts. This role requires a unique blend of artistic vision, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, particularly as they apply to the urban transport sector. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree, bringing a distinct analytical and detail-oriented perspective to creative development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and internal communications, aligning with the company's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Oversee the design and production of all visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts, ensuring high quality and consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual narratives.

Manage and mentor a team of designers and visual artists, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.

Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve creative output.

Utilize analytical skills derived from an M.Pharma background to interpret data and inform design decisions, ensuring effectiveness and impact.

Ensure all visual materials adhere to regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the infrastructure and transport sectors.
