Art Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead our visual communication efforts. The Art Director will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives within the Ports & Shipping industry. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, brand storytelling, and the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the visual style and creative execution of all marketing materials, including digital campaigns, print collateral, presentations, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of all creative assets.
