Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to lead our design initiatives within the packaging and containers industry. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and brand development for packaging. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design strategies that enhance our product appeal and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the creative vision for packaging design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
Translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives for diverse packaging formats.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform design strategies.
Ensure all design outputs are of the highest quality and meet printing and production requirements.
