Art Director - Miscellaneous (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director with 3-5 years of experience to lead our visual communication and design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing compelling visual strategies across various media. You will be responsible for guiding design projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the visual style and images in various media, including digital platforms, print, and marketing collateral.

Conceptualize and create original art for campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communications.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design aligns with strategic goals and brand guidelines.

Manage and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment.

Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design.
