Arts Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Arts Teacher to join our team. The Arts Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging art programs for children within our employee welfare initiatives. This role requires a blend of artistic expertise, pedagogical skills, and the ability to adapt to a unique corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive arts curriculum for various age groups, focusing on creativity, self-expression, and foundational art techniques.
• Teach a variety of art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, and mixed media.
• Plan and conduct engaging art classes, workshops, and activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to encourage artistic growth.
• Manage classroom environment, including setup, cleanup, and material organization.
• Organize and curate student art exhibitions.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate art into broader employee welfare programs.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
