Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer to join our growing team in Thane. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate looking to apply their analytical and organizational skills in a dynamic agricultural technology environment. You will be involved in supporting various operational and supply chain processes related to our agricultural products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly, kitting, and preparation of agricultural inputs and small equipment for distribution.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking procedures.
Support the quality control process by inspecting assembled components and finished goods.
Document assembly procedures and operational processes.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Generate reports on assembly efficiency, inventory levels, and quality checks using provided software.
Assist in troubleshooting minor assembly issues and escalate complex problems.
