We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly Engineer to join our growing team. The Assembly Engineer will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality assembly of components and products, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and tests on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product design.
- Document assembly procedures and maintain accurate production records.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment.
