Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Assembly Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the assembly processes for our printing and packaging machinery, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision assembly techniques, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Assemble, test, and commission packaging machinery and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
- • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure accurate assembly.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during the assembly process.
- • Perform quality checks and ensure all assembled components meet industry standards and company specifications.
- • Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- • Maintain accurate assembly records and documentation.
- • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
