Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer with a strong foundation in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and overseeing assembly processes within our cutting-edge healthcare and life sciences manufacturing operations. Your expertise in LLMs will be leveraged to enhance automation, predictive maintenance, quality control, and data analysis, ensuring the efficient and reliable production of critical medical devices and pharmaceutical components.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply LLM-based solutions to analyze assembly line data, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
Develop and implement intelligent automation strategies for assembly tasks, potentially involving AI-driven robotics and control systems.
Utilize LLMs for predictive maintenance scheduling, analyzing sensor data to anticipate equipment failures and minimize downtime.
Design and execute experiments to validate new assembly techniques and technologies, leveraging your LLM understanding for data interpretation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Production) to ensure seamless integration of LLM-driven insights into manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards in the assembly process.
Document assembly procedures, process parameters, and LLM implementation details.
