Assembly Engineer (M.Pharma) | 2-4 Yrs | Vijayawada

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Assembly Engineer with an M.Pharma background to join our manufacturing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of pharmaceutical products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the assembly of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and product lines.

Ensure all assembly processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to implement new assembly procedures and optimize existing ones.

Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including material usage, process parameters, and quality checks.

Participate in validation and qualification activities for new equipment and processes.

Conduct quality inspections of assembled components and finished products.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.
