Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our manufacturing team in Chandigarh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our FMCG products, adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform routine quality checks and record production data accurately.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, following all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor operational problems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the assembly line.
