Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Line Operator with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality-driven assembly of components and products within our manufacturing facility, adhering to strict industry standards and safety protocols. This role requires a meticulous approach to operations, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and the ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Assemble components and products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines, with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Monitor assembly line production rates and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, quantities, and quality control data.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancements.
