Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Assessment and Advisory team within the Education sector. This role will involve developing and implementing innovative assessment strategies, providing expert advice to educational institutions and corporate clients, and contributing to the enhancement of learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational assessment principles and a passion for driving positive change in the learning landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a variety of assessment tools and methodologies tailored to specific learning objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of assessment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on assessment best practices, curriculum development, and pedagogical approaches.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and technology teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in educational assessment, learning analytics, and edtech.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and workshops to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new assessment products and services.
