Asset Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our port infrastructure assets. The Asset Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and maximizing the lifecycle value of our assets. This role requires a strong understanding of port operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning within the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans for port facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular asset performance reviews, including condition assessments, risk analysis, and financial evaluations.
- Monitor asset utilization, maintenance schedules, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure assets are maintained to high standards and meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage asset lifecycle cost models, including capital expenditure planning and budgeting.
- Identify opportunities for asset enhancement, modernization, or disposal to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, financial health, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors involved in asset maintenance and management.
