Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's assets to maximize their value and ensure optimal performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen, capable of making informed decisions regarding asset acquisition, utilization, and disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
Conduct market research and due diligence for potential asset acquisitions and disposals.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, appraisers, and legal counsel.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of physical assets.
Prepare regular reports on asset portfolio performance, financial status, and market trends for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Develop and manage asset budgets, forecasting future capital expenditures.
