Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asset Operations professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial assets within our automation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes, asset lifecycle management, and a commitment to ensuring maximum uptime and performance of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of industrial automation assets, including control systems, machinery, and related equipment.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Monitor asset performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize output.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for critical asset components.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support asset commissioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Prepare operational reports and present findings to management.
