Role Summary: The Asset Operations role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of our petrochemical and plastic manufacturing assets. This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and performance monitoring to maximize asset uptime and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the operational performance of petrochemical and plastic processing units.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled and unscheduled repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations within the operational areas.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and energy consumption.

Manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables for operational continuity.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
