Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Asset Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Engineering and be responsible for the efficient and safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of operational procedures to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of industrial machinery and equipment, identifying any anomalies or deviations from standard operating parameters.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various assets to ensure their optimal functioning and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of asset operations, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and operational protocols within the plant.
- Assist in the planning and execution of equipment upgrades or replacements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment utilization and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
