We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Asset Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe management of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain operational records for all automotive assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Oversee inventory management of spare parts and consumables, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.

Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and track asset servicing and repairs.

Utilize B.Pharma knowledge to understand material handling, storage, and disposal requirements for specific automotive fluids and chemicals.

Assist in the development and implementation of asset lifecycle management strategies.

Generate regular reports on asset performance, operational efficiency, and inventory status.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
