Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assignment Editor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong aptitude for managing and coordinating project documentation and assignments within the real estate sector. This role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards for all assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the assignment of tasks to internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear objectives and deadlines are communicated.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project-related documents, reports, and submissions.
- Track the progress of assignments, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all assignments, including status, outcomes, and relevant documentation.
- Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on assignment status.
- Ensure all assignments comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to project assignments.
