Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director to join our growing team. The Assistant Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of clinical research operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and scientific expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical research teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, CDSCO).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy throughout the clinical trial process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and biostatistics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
