Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, quality standards, and government policies in India.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Contribute to product development and innovation initiatives.
- Manage budgets and financial performance related to operational departments.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Support in the expansion and scaling of operations.
